Curiosity
Vasant Valley School's Science Magazine
As the Editor of Curiosity, I was responsible for collecting articles, experiments, and comic strips to publish on the website. I personally vetted and edited these articles with peers and managed the magazine website. I have also published articles on Quantum Computing, Gravity, and Machine Learning in the magazine. My articles and the widely circulated trailer for Curiosity are displayed below.
Quantum Computing
Quantum computers are the future of the digital world. Their processing power, and their algorithms, all arise from qubits. Their properties allow for a world of benefits, but also quirks. Find out more here.
Gravity and Orbits
Gravity is the fundamental concept behind macroscopic objects. Newton, and Einstein, all have their own theories. They work, but how does gravity play into the larger universe? Find out more here.
Mathematics in Linear Regression
Linear Regression is one of the most fundamental Machine Learning algorithms. As a relatively simple program, mathematical expressions are at the core of its implementation. Find out more here.
National Science Day
Vasant Valley School
As the science club leader, I helped reintroduce the science fair in school after nearly 10 years. I organized various show-and-tell stalls, activities, and talks, which 600+ students widely attended. We also organized catapult-making competitions for senior classes and showed science-themed movies across the school. The key projects are summarised in the video below.
